Beautif.ai existence / Use of beautif.ai
We wanted to affirm that there is essential beauty in everything made under the sun and we created application based software that uses artificial intelligence to enhance, highlight and elevate the fixation of it as it is with photos. We value beauty, especially the hidden one, so we give you the chance to set out your original photo aided by beautif.ai and to take it for yourself or to show it to the world. You can either upload an existing or take photos using the application then by giving optional command for beautify.ai it will make the metamorphosis happen.
Basic and Pro version
We are not account based. To use our services you only need to install or download our application and you can directly use the services. There is only an age limitation and you need to be at least 13 years old.
Our basic version is free to use and it allows you to alter your photos, transmit to other people the work done by it, share it on social networks or use it for personal or commercial purposes.
Our pro version is enabled after paying some fees and it is ads-free form. It also offers a larger range of services than the basic one.
What you need to avoid doing
In any case where there is: unlawful, illegal, defamatory, harmful, threatening, harassing, obscene, nude, or otherwise immoral conduct we strictly advise you to not act in such an immoral manner or we are authorized to remove it immediately from the application and to not proceed with enabling to you our services.
Payment
We engage third party services for facilitating the payments. You provide us with the right to provide the information described in our privacy policy to these third party payment facilitators.
Licenses
By posting content using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, international, limited, perpetual license to use, modify, perform, display, distribute such content on and through the service. All other rights are reserved by Beautif.ai.

Our services are supported by sponsors and may display advertising and promotions. There is pro version which is ads-free.

We receive and process photos uploaded via your camera or camera roll (if you have granted us permission to access your camera or camera roll), the in-App internet search functionality, or your social media account (if you choose to connect your social media account). we do not collect your photo albums even if you grant us your access to them. We encrypt each photograph that you upload using the App.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
